MyHandyToolLab respects intellectual property rights. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to process or download any content they use with our tools.

Our role

MyHandyToolLab provides utility tools. We do not host a general-purpose media library of user uploads. Downloaders operate on public links you provide; we do not grant licenses to third-party content. If you believe material accessible through or associated with this site infringes your copyright, please send a notice as described below.

Takedown request process

To submit a copyright infringement notice, email TODO_CONTACT_EMAIL@example.com with the subject line “DMCA / Copyright Notice” and include:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved)
  2. The URL(s) or other specific location on MyHandyToolLab where the allegedly infringing material appears, or a clear description of the tool/use at issue
  3. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent (typing your full legal name may suffice for email)

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and take action we deem appropriate, which may include removing or disabling access to the material at issue and/or terminating repeat infringers where applicable.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same email with your contact information, a description of what was removed and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court, and your signature. We may forward counter-notices to the original complainant.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting a false copyright claim or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please ensure notices are accurate before sending.
