About this tool
This TikTok Video Downloader fetches a public TikTok video from the link you paste in, returning the video file, its caption text, and the background audio track where available. It's intended for saving videos you have the right to download — your own content, or public videos you have the creator's permission to repost or archive — rather than for republishing someone else's work without credit. Videos are fetched from the public link you provide; we do not store them on our servers once your download completes. Only publicly accessible TikTok videos can be fetched — private accounts or videos behind TikTok's own access restrictions cannot be retrieved through this tool. Always respect the original creator's copyright and TikTok's terms of service before reusing or redistributing any downloaded content.

Limitations
- •Only public TikTok videos can be fetched — private accounts or region-restricted videos will fail to load.
- •TikTok may change its page structure or access rules at any time, which can temporarily break fetching until the tool is updated.
- •Audio extraction is only available when TikTok exposes a separate audio stream for that specific video.
Tips & common mistakes
- •Make sure you have the right to download and reuse a video — this tool is meant for your own content or content you have explicit permission to save, not for bulk-reposting others' work.
- •If fetching fails, double-check the link is a direct TikTok video link (not a shortened redirect from a third-party app) and that the video is still public.
- •Always credit the original creator if you repost or share a downloaded video elsewhere, and check TikTok's terms of service for your specific use case.
- •If the caption contains emojis or special characters, use the copy button rather than retyping it manually to avoid losing formatting.
